Get an API key

You can get an API key to use LlamaParse free from LlamaCloud.

Go to LlamaCloud and choose a sign-in method. Then click “API Key” down in the bottom left, and click “Generate New Key”:

Pick a name for your key and click “Create new key”, then copy the key that’s generated. You won’t have a chance to copy your key again!

If you lose or leak a key, you can always revoke it and create a new one. The UI lets you manage your keys.

Got a key? Great! Now you can use it in your choice of Python, TypeScript, or as a standalone REST API that you can call from any language. If you don't have a preference, we recommend Python.
